→ Put all my competitors into a Google sheet
→ Then, add as much data as possible—keywords, backlinks, etc.

This collated data helps find gaps in the market, like how to bring in organic traffic with minimal effort. Get their best backlinks.

That’s how I grew my affiliate website portfolio.
