Then, they’ll put their product number #1 each time.

Sounds a little bit dodgy, but it does get WORSE as well.

Many SAAS companies write articles about canceling competitors subscriptions and answering their help desk questions.

Example: ‘How to cancel Zapier’

This converts a lot of people who know a ‘big brand’ but are not aware of their service.
